As a Concierge, you are the living expression of the brand.
You are the voice guests trust.
You are the tone they remember.
You are the reason a stay feels thoughtful, intentional, and human.
Guests are not interacting with software or templates.
They are interacting with you, and through you, the brand.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay
2. Deliver warm, confident, articulate communication across booking platforms, phone,
3. Represent the brand’s values, tone, and standards in every interaction
4. Ensure each guest experience feels seamless, considered, and personal
5. Resolve guest issues (A/C, Wi-Fi, access, appliances, etc.) calmly and decisively
6. Coordinate solutions with cleaning, maintenance, and building teams
7. Communicate disruptions or building notices with clarity and professionalism
8. Take ownership of outcomes, not just messages
9. Maintain a deep understanding of each property’s layout, features, and nuances
10. Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure spaces are guest-ready at all times
11. Speak confidently and accurately about each space and its surroundings
12. Maintain clear guest notes, handovers, and internal updates
13. Work in rhythm with the wider team to deliver consistency at scale
