Job Title: WordPress Website Developer (Execution-Focused)

Job Overview:
We are a growing marketing agency looking for a reliable WordPress Website Developer to build websites based on detailed video instructions. You will not be responsible for strategy or design direction — we will provide step-by-step walkthrough videos showing exactly how each site should be built. Your role is to execute efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities:

Build WordPress websites based on provided video instructions

Set up pages, themes, and plugins as directed

Ensure sites are responsive (mobile-friendly)

Follow layout, spacing, and formatting guidelines precisely

Perform basic on-page setup (menus, images, links, etc.)

Test functionality before handoff

Requirements:

Strong understanding of WordPress (themes, plugins, page builders)

Experience building full websites in WordPress

Ability to follow detailed instructions exactly

Good attention to detail

Reliable communication and timely delivery

Basic understanding of website structure and layout

Preferred (Not Required):

Experience with Elementor or similar page builders

Basic knowledge of SEO structure (URLs, headings, image optimization)

Experience working with marketing agencies

Compensation:

Paid per project (rate depends on experience)
