Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 3 PM / 1 PM - 9 PM Central Time

About the Role

This is not a creative role, not social media management, and not fast-paced.

This is a precision-based execution role. You will review incoming leads from Facebook groups and ---------- , identify the correct industry, and respond using the correct client profile while following strict rules every time.

If you enjoy structured, repetitive work and accuracy, this role is a good fit.

If you prefer creativity or variety, this role is not for you.

Responsibilities

- Review social media leads from a live spreadsheet
- Identify the correct industry per lead
- Respond using the correct client profile
- Follow strict tone, grammar, and formatting rules
- Use checklists and SOPs to avoid errors
- Maintain accuracy during long, focused shifts

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
