We’re looking for a Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant who is detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to grow with our team.
Job Title: Real Estate Media Virtual Assistant

Responsibilities:
Operations & Workflow Management
-Oversee daily workflows, track tasks, bookings, revisions, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Team & Vendor Coordination
-Communicate with editors, contractors, and internal tea
Client Communication & Support
-Manage
Quality Control Oversight
-Ensure media deliveries meet company standards and manage retouch requests.
Lead Tracking & Follow-Up
-Track inbound and outbound leads from Instagram, Quo,
Systems & Process Improvement
-Manage and improve workflows in
Requirements:

Tech-savvy and detail-oriented
Strong written English communication
Experience with HDPhotoHub, Spiro, AutoHDR, Canva, and
(Training provided for the right person)
