DKW Recruitment Group is a national New Zealand recruitment agency and we are looking for strong experienced recruitment consultants who have experience in industrial recruitment ie trades and services, warehouse, transport, drivers, roading construction, factory staff etc.

If you have EXCELLENT spoken and written English and experience in the above area we need to speak to you immediately.

Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include:
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit for the role and organization.
- Schedule and conduct initial interviews
- Interviewing via zoom trades & services, freight & logistics, warehouse, factory staff etc
- Match candidates to suitable roles based on their experience, skills
- Provide clients with candidate profiles
- Meet all legal compliance obligations prior to placements
- Ideally you will also have the experience to be able to liaise with clients
- Ensure a positive candidate & client experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay in regular contact with both client and candidate
- Meet standard KPIs
- Adhere to all legal requirements

This is an extremely fast pace environment so you MUST have experience and MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication.
