The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationships and technology. This role is all about owning client relationships, translating business needs into IT solutions, and making sure customers feel heard, supported, and strategically guided.
You’ll act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working closely with our technical team to ensure service delivery aligns with expectations while also identifying opportunities to improve the client’s IT posture.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of clients
-Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning conversations
-Translate technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals (security, compliance, cloud, etc.)
-Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth delivery and follow-through
-Advocate for the client internally while protecting company standards and scope
-Track client satisfaction and proactively address risks before they become issues

-Clients feel confident, informed, and cared for
-Renewals are smooth and predictable
-Expansion opportunities are uncovered naturally through trust
-Clear documentation of client needs, decisions, and next steps
Qualifications
-2+ years in account management, customer success, or client-facing roles
-Experience in IT, MSP, SaaS, or technology services strongly preferred
-Strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Comfortable discussing security, compliance, and IT strategy at a high level
-Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts effectively
Bonus Points
-MSP or IT services experience
-Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cybersecurity concepts, or compliance frameworks
-Experience conducting QBRs or executive-level conversations
