Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Strategist, someone who is not just a poster, but a planner, thinker, and strategist. You will build strong content strategies across multiple platforms, create content calendars, and develop ideas that align with brand goals and audience insights.
This is for someone who loves the “big picture” of content, not just the admin side of posting.

Responsibilities:
Develop content strategies across multiple platforms
Create monthly and quarterly content calendars
Brainstorm concepts, campaigns, and long-term content themes
Analyze audience behavior and content performance
Work with teams (copy, design, operations) to align strategy with branding
Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand storytelling
Qualifications:
Strong experience in content strategy and social media planning
Ability to think long-term and build structured content frameworks
Skilled in trend analysis, brand voice development, and audience insights
Confident in presenting ideas and strategic directions
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Experience in cross-platform strategy
Shift Schedule:
Can work on graveyard shift (MST Timezone)
