We are looking for a top-tier video editor who specializes in direct-response advertising and understands how to create high-converting short-form video ads for Meta.
This role is for someone who works fast, thinks creatively, and understands how to turn concepts, hooks, and briefs into engaging ad creatives that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
• Edit high-performing video ads for Meta (UGC style, storytelling, product demos, short-form formats)
• Translate creative briefs into compelling video concepts quickly
• Produce multiple variations and iterations for testing
• Apply feedback and revisions efficiently
• Maintain consistent quality across large creative batches
• Research competitor ads and identify winning video formats and hooks
• Source and assemble supporting footage, visuals, and storytelling elements creatively (stock, public sources, licensed footage, AI-generated content, etc.)
• Use AI tools at an expert level (for example Runway, Pika, CapCut AI, Adobe AI tools, ElevenLabs, etc.) to speed up editing, enhance visuals, and generate assets
• Combine AI-generated assets with real footage and motion graphics to produce unique, high-converting creatives
• Continuously test new editing styles, pacing, hooks, and storytelling formats to improve performance
