Responsibilities
> Guard the Rankings: Actively monitor and maintain our elite SEO profile, ensuring our e-commerce landing pages, coaching pages, and funnels consistently rank in the top 2 positions.
> Strategic Optimization: Execute surgical SEO improvements without disrupting our established authority.
> Platform Mastery: Manage and optimize our presence across WordPress, Magento, and HubSpot.
> Technical Support & Integration: Serve as the technical point of contact for API integrations and provide overflow support for web development functions.
> Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate with our talented Philippines-based technical team.
> Emergency Response: Be the "first responder" for critical website issues or troubleshooting needs to ensure zero downtime.

Qualifications
> Experience: Minimum of 5 years in high-level SEO and Technical Support.
> Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, Magento, and HubSpot.
> Top 10% Credentials: We value elite certifications such as Google Analytics 4 (GAIQ), SEMrush Technical SEO, or AWS/Google IT Professional credentials.
> Language: Native-level fluency in English with exceptional communication skills.

Schedule & Physical Requirements
> Location: 100% Remote.
> Hours: Monday – Friday, EST 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
> Availability: Availability for emergency troubleshooting as needed.
