What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will manage our
Campaigns
Plan & send 2–4
Segment audiences (engaged, VIP, churn risk, recent buyers)
Write or adapt copy to improve conversions
Schedule and QA sends
Automated Flows
You will build, improve, and monitor flows such as:
Welcome Series
Abandoned Checkout
Browse Abandonment
Post-Purchase
Winback
Replenishment / Subscription
Optimization & Reporting
A/B testing subject lines and offers
Monitor revenue attribution
Improve open rate, click rate, and placed order rate
Monthly reporting of improvements
Tools We Use
Shopify
Klaviyo
Google Sheets
Slack
(Experience with these is important)
Requirements
We are looking for someone who understands how
You should:
Have real Klaviyo experience for eCommerce brands
Understand segmentation and customer lifecycle
Know what makes people open and click
Be comfortable working independently
Be reliable and consistent (very important)
Comfortable recording Loom videos to communicate ideas
Compensation & Schedule
Full time: 40 hours per week
Stable monthly salary (paid twice per month)
Long-term role (we want years, not months)
Flexible working hours (overlap with US preferred)
Paid holidays after probation period
13th month bonus after 12 months
