About the Role

We are hiring a Full-Time Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist to make outbound calls to small business owners in the United States and Canada.

This is a permanent work-from-home position — not a short-term campaign or seasonal contract.

You will work with a fast-growing website company that has:

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to small business owners (US account)

Introduce website and digital services

Qualify leads and schedule appointments

Answer inbound calls when needed

Update CRM and follow company scripts

Salary & Benefits

Php 6,350 base pay per week

Night differential (Total: approx. Php 7,000/week)
