Sales Prospecting + Calling / Dialing (30–40 hrs/week),

Responsibilities
Build and maintain lead lists (research, enrichment, dedupe) aligned to ICP + intent signals, then load into dialer/CRM.
Execute outbound calling via parallel dialer to hit weekly activity targets and generate Qualified Connections (45s+ + required notes).
Hand off qualified prospects to Manager (or set appointments in Phase 2) with clean notes, context, and next-step recommendations.
Monthly base salary: $500/month
Weekly list output bonus (accepted leads):
200/week = +$25
300/week = +$50
400/week = +$75
Weekly QC bonus (Qualified Connections):
20 QCs/week = +$
Quality gate for any bonus: QC must meet definition (45s+ + required notes + decision-maker; gatekeepers don’t count) and QC rate ? 3%.
Phase 2 (if/when they set meetings): $20 per shown appointment (or rescheduled within 7 days + shows).
