JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an AI & Crypto Copywriter/Content creator who can turn raw research, market noise, and half-formed ideas into clear, high-signal content.

This is not a “write threads all day and chase likes” role. This is about building credibility, network, and inbound opportunities through smart content.

If you live on ---------- Twitter, understand narratives before they trend, and can write without sounding like a bot or a shill, keep reading.

You should also have strong AI capabilities. That means you can use AI tools to speed up research, extract key takeaways, and iterate quickly, while keeping the final output sharp, human, and on-brand. You know when to lean on AI and when to ignore it.

What you’ll be doing:
- Turn daily crypto research into concise, engaging X posts and threads
- Find angles, hooks, and second-order insights (not just summarizing news)
- Write content that attracts founders, builders, and serious operators
- Help shape and maintain a consistent voice across posts
- Collaborate closely with the partnerships and research side
- Occasionally adapt content into summaries, notes, or outbound-friendly snippets

What we’re looking for:
- Deep familiarity with crypto narratives (DeFi, infra, AI, markets, cycles)
- Highly skilled content writer: Crypto, AI and more.
- Strong intuition for what works on X (hooks, pacing, formatting)
- Ability to write fast without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working from rough notes, voice memos, or bullet points
- Self-directed and organized (we run lean systems, not bureaucracy)

Core requirements (non-negotiable):
- Minimum 4 years experience in crypto and content creation / copywriting
- Proof of experience required (published work, accounts, threads, or portfolios)
- Crypto-native: Actively follows markets, narratives, and CT culture
- Proven X experience: Prior copywriting or content creation on X
- Strong AI proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools daily for research, drafting, and iteration
- Ability to write fast without sacrificing quality
- Can work from rough notes, bullets, or voice memos
- High-signal, low-hype writing style
- Prior work that clearly drove engagement or inbound interest

If you don’t understand crypto deeply and can’t use AI effectively, this role won’t be a fit.

Nice to have (not required):
- Experience writing for creators, founders, or crypto brands
- Understanding of partnerships and/or BD content
- Ability to flex between crypto, AI, and business themes

Where this role can expand:
This role is X-first, but not X-only forever. Over time, content may expand into:
- Telegram (community-facing summaries and insights)
- Potentially YouTube (faceless channel scripting)

- Not low-effort AI rewrites
- Not a role that needs constant hand-holding
