JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-level CSM who is also a GoHighLevel expert to help us build and maintain a clean, scalable GHL snapshot for our agency.

This is not an entry-level VA role.
You must already be very strong in GoHighLevel and able to communicate clearly with clients.

What you’ll be responsible for:
Building and organizing a master GHL snapshot

Setting up:
Pipelines & opportunities
Automations & workflows
Calendars, forms, surveys

Email + SMS sequences
Funnels
Client sub-accounts

Improving onboarding flows inside GHL
Acting as a CSM: helping clients understand the system, answering questions, and ensuring smooth delivery
Documenting processes clearly (SOPs)

Requirements (non-negotiable):
Proven experience with GoHighLevel (must show examples)
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
Organized, proactive, and reliable
Comfortable working with online coaches / info businesses / in person businesses

Nice to have (not required):
Previous agency experience
Snapshot-building experience

Compensation:
Monthly salary
