My name’s Julien, founder of Home Run Marketing. We’re a tight-knit, fast-moving team of high-performers scaling quickly in the painting industry.
We help painting companies become the go-to choice in their market through:
- Owner-generated ads on Facebook and Instagram
- Lead handling and appointment scheduling
- Sales coaching and business guidance to ensure they win
In the first 3 months, our average client generates an 11.2x ROAS (50?ove market average), and I need YOU to help us continue delivering these amazing results!

**Your Role**
Your role is to support a marketing strategist by executing their strategies with accuracy and attention to detail so campaigns run smoothly, data stays clean, and clients get consistent results.

Your main day-to-day tasks will be:
- Launch and manage Meta campaigns.
- Set up new clients inside our systems (GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, ClickUp)
- Handle the creative process from requesting client content to collaborating with the creative editor to turn the content into converting creatives.
- Analyze all sorts of data (lead quality, geographic data, engagement, cost per appointment, cost per sale, ROAS) and generate reports.
- Documenting test results and other client information.

**Requirements (Deal Breakers)**
- Flawless spoken & written English. (Improper written English is a deal breaker)
- Great process adherence. Can reliably follow SOPs and procedures without mistakes.
- Excellent communicator & team player.
- Extremely fast learner.
- Strong time management & prioritization.
- 1y+ experience of Facebook ads (Knows how to set up campaigns, launch ads, run split tests, spot ad fatigue, spot performance issues, etc.)

**Details**
- Salary: Starting $1,100 USD/month (potential to earn up to $1,500 USD/month within 1 year)
- Schedule: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern time
- Unlimited paid time off: Take vacations anytime, as long as your work is covered.
