We are a Virtual Assistant Agency that helps business owners scale by providing professionally experienced virtual assistants with clear, neutral English and no accent. Our clients are primarily U.S.-based businesses that need help with phone answering, scheduling, lead follow-up, and administrative work.
We are looking for a highly experienced Sourcing Virtual Assistant who can confidently speak with business owners and explain how outsourcing to a VA can dramatically reduce workload and costs.
Your job is to find, contact, and qualify business owners who would benefit from hiring a virtual assistant through our agency. You will conduct cold calls and multi-platform B2B outreach, identify pain points, and clearly communicate our value.
You will target businesses such as:
Realtors & real estate teams
Cleaning companies
Auto dealerships
Medical & dental offices
Contractors & service-based businesses
Any business that answers phones, schedules appointments, or manages leads
Key Responsibilities
Cold calling U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers
B2B outreach using LinkedIn,
Identifying operational problems (missed calls, poor follow-up, overwhelmed staff)
Pitching our Virtual Assistant Agency solution

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in cold calling, B2B outreach, or sales
Confidence speaking with business owners and executives
Strong verbal and written English communication
Experience using LinkedIn,
Ability to handle objections and explain value clearly
Professional phone presence
This is not an entry-level role
Training from zero will not be provided
