JOB OVERVIEW

Role: GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM & Google workspace Automation Virtual Assistant
Type: Contract / Sprint
Budget: $600 / complete in 2-3 weeks. If that is plenty of time for you then great!

I’m building out GoHighLevel (GHL) as the central system for an event/DJ company and possible Google Workspace automations tied in with it. The system very primitive structure, but I need a sharp VA to get us setup, optimize, and make it operational. This will be a contract based and a sprint to get up and running so it will be paid as a project.

This is not data entry. This is systems + execution.

Primary responsibilities:

Configure and organize GHL pipelines and admin material (sales, event ops, client management, teams management, document templates, contracts)

Help build automations tied with client program forms we have on Google Workspace into GHL.

Build and manage custom fields (especially opportunity-level “Event Ops” fields and client fields)

Set up automations/workflows, including:

-On board work flows, Post-booking workflows, Date-based delays, Post-event follow-ups, reputation management. Auto document generations.

-Help structure calendar + booking logic

-Assist with permissions & roles (DJ-safe access)

QA testing:

Does the automation fire correctly?
Are the right emails/tasks triggered?
Document what’s built (simple SOPs / notes)

Requirements:
-Prior GoHighLevel experience.
-Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, etc.)
-Experience with Google Workspace
-Expert at automations, integrations via zapier or make.
-MUST have an understanding of event businesses or service-based businesses
-Basic logic thinking (if/then, conditions, edge cases)
-Communicate and understand the English language.
-Able to get on a video meet with reliable internet at 7:45PM PST / 11:45AM Philippine Time

To apply

Please include:
-2-4 min video (Loom/Youtube/ Etc.) introducing yourself and who you are:
-Please share your experience with GoHighLevel with examples of automations or systems you’ve built.
-A problem you solved for a client with GHL
-Scenario Question: A client books an event today, and the event happens in 4 months. We need: a follow-up email sent 2.5 months before the event -> a timeline document template auto created and populated in their event > tasks assigned to staff. How would you approach this in GHL?
