Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify and qualify potential clients. Your primary role is to act as a "Scout"—conducting market research, calling businesses to gather key information, and preparing "warm" leads for our closing team.
This is not a "hard-sales" closing role. This is an intelligence-gathering and relationship-starting role.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Identify businesses that fit our target criteria through online research and LinkedIn.
Outbound Discovery: Call businesses to identify the correct decision-maker and gather specific data points (we will provide the questions).
Lead Qualification: Filter out businesses that don't meet our requirements and highlight "Hot Leads."
Reporting: Maintain a clean Google Sheet or CRM with detailed notes on every call and interaction.
Briefing: Provide daily updates on findings so the Sales Manager can step in to close the deal.
Requirements:
Excellent English: You must have a clear, confident, and professional speaking voice (Neutral accent preferred).
BPO/Call Center Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling or lead generation.
Persistence: Ability to handle gatekeepers and stay motivated through high-volume calling.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, and VoIP software (like RingCentral, Aircall, or
Reliability: High-speed internet (fiber) with a backup power/internet solution.
Shift & Compensation:
