Taalbi Real Estate Media is a fun real estate media company based in Wisconsin, USA. We create amazing photo and video content for realtors, and we’re known for our fast turnaround, friendly service, and high-quality work. We are looking for a team member to handle two key roles:
1. Social Media Outreach Specialist
Identify, engage with, and DM real estate agents using our proven system to book free first shoots
2. QC & Delivery Specialist
Review, edit & send media, manage project workflows and deliver to clients.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Outreach
Engage (like, comment) with our social media ecosystem
Be our voice online
Track responses and bookings in our system (monday.com CRV)
Maintain daily outreach volume
Create content for posting

Quality Control + Delivery
Review edited real estate photos for lighting, color, and consistency
Make basic fixes in an editing program like Photoshop or Lightroom (object removal, color)
Use Spiro.media to organize deliverables, and deliver to clients
Manage daily project timelines and deliverables
Communicate with team via Slack
Ensure all final files are high-quality and on time

Requirements:
Willingness to work in central time zone (7a.m. to 3p.m.)
Excellent written English
Friendly, creative, positive, and coachable
Experience in Lightroom or Photoshop
Experience in Canva
Experience with using a CRM (we use Monday.com CRM)
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Highly organized, detail-oriented, fast learner
Keen eye for quality work
