Paid Ads Specialist (Meta + Google Ads)
Remote | Part time with potential for full-time
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist who can plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Social Media (Meta/Facebook & Instagram and Google Ads.
This is a hands-on execution role, not strategy-only. You’ll be responsible for building campaigns from the ground up, managing budgets, optimizing performance, and clearly communicating results.
If you rely on “boosted posts” or surface-level tactics, this role is not a fit.

Core Responsibilities
Social Media Paid Ads (Meta)
* Build and manage campaigns in Meta Ads Manager
* Configure and verify:
* Meta Pixel
* Conversion API (CAPI)
* Custom events & standard conversions
* Create and manage:
* Cold, warm, and retargeting audiences
* Lookalike audiences
* Funnel-based campaign structures
* Run **A/B split tests** for:
* Creative
* Copy
* Audiences
* Placements
* Optimize for:
* Cost per lead / acquisition
* ROAS
* Conversion rate
* Diagnose and fix tracking or attribution issues
Google Ads
* Build and manage:
* Search campaigns
* Display & retargeting campaigns
* YouTube (if applicable)
* Setup and manage:
* Conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager)
* Custom conversion actions
* Remarketing audiences
* Keyword research, intent mapping, and negative keyword management
* Bid strategy optimization (Manual, Max Conversions, tCPA, etc.)
* Landing page alignment and conversion optimization feedback

Required Experience & Skills
* 5+ years hands-on experience managing paid ads
* Proven experience with:
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Ads platform
* Google Analytics (GA4)
* Google Tag Manager
* Strong understanding of:
* Attribution
* Conversion tracking
* Full-funnel advertising
* Data-driven mindset with clear reporting and insights
* Strong written English and clear communication

Applicants must provide proof of experience, including:
* Examples of live or past campaigns
* Case studies or screenshots showing:
* Results achieved (CPA, ROAS, leads, sales, etc.)
* Industries worked in
* **Monthly ad spend managed**
