Senior Graphic Designer: Custom Website Design & AI-Enhanced Creative (Remote / Freelance ? Fulltime Potential)

We’re a growing US-based web design and digital marketing agency looking for experienced senior-level graphic designers who specialize in custom website design and modern digital branding.

This role is for designers who combine high-level creative thinking, strong execution skills, and professional reliability, and who are excited to leverage AI-assisted design tools thoughtfully (not as shortcuts).

???? What You’ll Be Responsible For:

+ Custom Website Design (Primary Focus)

+ Designing high-end, custom website UI concepts (not template-heavy work)

+ Translating brand strategy into clean, conversion-focused visuals

+ Creating design systems, layout structures, and scalable visual patterns

+ AI-Enhanced Creative Workflow

+ Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.) responsibly for ideation

+ Refining AI-generated concepts into fully professional deliverables

+ Maintaining originality, consistency, and brand integrity

+ Marketing & Brand Graphics

+ Creating A+ content, landing page visuals, digital marketing assets, and brand materials

+ Working across web, social, and occasional print production needs

+ Professional Delivery & Collaboration

+ Managing deadlines independently

+ Communicating clearly with design, marketing, and development teams

+ Maintaining consistent design quality across projects

? What We’re Specifically Looking For (Senior-Level Traits)

+ Strategic Design Thinking: You don’t just make things look good; you solve business and UX problems visually.

+ Attention to Detail: Pixel precision, typography mastery, spacing discipline, and consistent design systems.

+ Professional Reliability: Strong communication, deadline ownership, and proactive project management.

+ Creative Maturity: Ability to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and maintain quality under deadlines.

+ AI Design Judgment: Understanding when AI helps, and when true design expertise matters more.

???? Required Skills & Experience (Strict Criteria)

Please apply only if you meet most of these:

+ Proven experience designing custom websites (portfolio required)

+ Strong Figma workflow (components, auto-layout, design systems)

+ Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

+ Strong typography, color theory, layout, and UX awareness

+ Experience designing for marketing conversion (landing pages, A+ content, etc.)

+ Familiarity with AI design tools and prompt workflows

+ Understanding of print production basics (CMYK, bleed, DPI, export prep)

Big Plus:

+ Experience working with web developers or design handoff processes

+ Branding and identity design experience

+ Motion/interactive design awareness
