Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Management Trainee to join our Production team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to develop leadership capabilities and build a strong foundation in manufacturing operations. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo structured training across various production units, gaining hands-on experience in process coordination, quality improvement, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and ready to take on increasing responsibilities in a factory/plant environment. This role offers a clear growth path toward supervisory or management positions within the production department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily production operations to ensure timely and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Learn to manage production schedules, manpower planning, and inventory control.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support process improvement initiatives and participate in problem-solving activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed for performance tracking and analysis.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and hands-on assignments across different production units.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or management accounting.
- With 2–3 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work in a factory/plant environment and adapt to rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with production software.
- Eagerness to learn and take on increasing responsibilities.
