JOB OVERVIEW

Are you an experienced VA who thrives in fast-paced e-commerce environments?

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful VA to help us keep our Shopify stores running smoothly and efficiently. This role goes beyond basic admin tasks, you’ll be directly supporting operations, improving workflows, and contributing to the long-term growth of our business.

-- Key Responsibilities

You’ll be working closely with our team to:

Support Shopify store management (updates, product listings, troubleshooting).

Oversee order processing and fulfillment coordination.

Assist with customer support communication (using Gorgias/Zendesk or similar).

Manage and update backend apps/integrations.

Create and maintain SOPs, reports, and task trackers.

Conduct research and administrative tasks to support business growth.

Help coordinate marketing activities (emails, promos, social content scheduling).

-- Required Skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced with Shopify (minimum 1 year of hands-on work).

Familiar with customer service tools (Gorgias/Zendesk or similar).

Skilled in organization, time management, and communication.

Proactive, problem-solving, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Comfortable with tools like Slack, Trello, Google Workspace.

Bonus: Experience with Klaviyo/email marketing or team coordination.
