JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level video editor who can turn raw footage into hard-hitting, cinematic fight videos.

We already have a professional cameraman and deliver clean, high-quality footage. Your job is to turn it into something crazy.

The content:
- Real hood fights filmed in the Netherlands
- Raw, intense, street-level energy
- Short-form & long-form content (social + YouTube-style edits)
- This is NOT corporate, vlog, or wedding content
- If you enjoy editing safe, boring videos, this is not for you.

What we’re looking for

You should:
- Have strong creative instincts
- Know how to build tension, pacing, and impact
- Be excellent with fast cuts, sound effects, music selection, color grading, and motion effects (used with taste)
- Understand viral content and how to keep viewers watching
- Be confident enough to add your own creative input
- We don’t want someone who just cuts clips.
- We want someone who creates ---------- nts.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required)
- Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or similar
- Able to work with raw, unfiltered fight footage
- Strong sense of rhythm, emotion, and storytelling
- Reliable communication and ability to hit deadlines
