We’re seeking a remote Marketing Director / Social Media Manager in the Philippines to take our content, community, and inbound marketing to the next level.
Role Overview:
You will own our digital presence—planning, creating, and executing marketing campaigns across social media,
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar (social, blog,
- Manage all social media channels (Instagram,
- Write, edit, and schedule posts; engage with comments and DMs
- Oversee brand voice, messaging, and visual consistency across platforms
- Coordinate with Stu and the team for content topics, proof, and approvals
- Track analytics, report on KPIs, and optimize campaigns for engagement and lead generation
- Manage
- Create and repurpose content (graphics, video clips, reels, stories, carousels, blog posts)
- Basic graphic design using Canva
- Edit basic short-form & mid-form videos using CapCut, InShot or similar video editing software
- Stay up-to-date on social trends, platform changes, and best practices
Who You Are:
- Creative, strategic, and organized—able to take initiative and own projects from start to finish
- Exceptional written English, with a knack for engaging, educational, and clear messaging
- Confident in managing video content
- Analytical—comfortable with data, KPIs, and using insights to drive decisions
- Service-oriented, professional, and growth-minded
- Comfortable working US business hours (Mountain Time overlap)
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing (real estate, consulting, or professional services preferred)
- Proven results growing and engaging audiences on Instagram,
- Strong content creation skills (graphic design, basic video editing, blog,
- Proficiency with Canva (for graphic design), post scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social), CapCut (or similar), & Google Suite
- Experience with
- Familiarity with analytics tools (native platform analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Reliable internet and ability to work remotely
Nice to Have
- Experience with advanced video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO and blog optimization
- Real estate marketing experience
- Experience managing paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
