JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing supplement e-commerce brand looking for a Finance Manager / Data Entry Specialist to manage our business finances, cost tracking, and daily reporting.

???? Role Overview

You will be responsible for tracking all business costs, creating and maintaining a complete business budget, and keeping the owner updated daily on the financial health of the business.

This role requires accuracy, consistency, and financial discipline.

???? Responsibilities

Create and manage an overall business budget

Track daily business expenses, including:

Advertising costs

Product costs

Fulfillment & shipping

Software/tools

Operational expenses

Maintain clean and accurate financial records

Perform daily data entry of all costs and revenues

Calculate and report:

Daily spend

Revenue

Profit

ROI

Prepare and send the owner a DAILY PDF report, including:

Cost summary of the previous day

Revenue & ROI

Clear, visually clean charts/graphs

Keep the owner updated on current financial status and trends

???? Required Experience (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

You must have:

Accounting or bookkeeping experience

Strong data entry experience

Experience creating and managing business budgets

Advanced skills in:

Google Sheets or Excel

Financial tracking & reporting

Ability to create visual financial reports (charts, graphs, summaries)

High attention to detail and accuracy
