JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator VA to conduct sales and marketing Outbound Calls. The objective is to make outbound calls and book appointments to enroll new students into the College programs. Good sales and marketing skills are required. Kindly answer the following questions below and submit your resume as well as a video intro for an interview.

QUESTIONS: Pls answer the following questions to be shortlisted
1-How many years of experience do you have in Educational Services, or working in sales/marketing?
2-Describe your sales and marketing experience?
3. Are you available to work "Full-Time" 5-6 days a week, including weekends, Toronto EST time?
4-Are you OK to work the afternoon shift, 7 hours per day from 2.00 pm - 9.00 pm (Toronto, Canada EST)
5- The job rate is US$4.00 per hour. Are you OK with this?
6- Describe your technology and MS-Office skills
7-Provide a link to your resume.

MUST HAVES:
• Good knowledge of Sales and Marketing
• Have experience in appointment setting or sales
• Follow structured scripts & sales processes to maximize conversion rates.
• Call & qualify leads generated through our marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have good Internet and computer system
• Stable internet connection
• Noise-canceling headset and quiet work environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
