About the Role
We are a fast-scaling DTC beauty and skincare brand doing 6 figures per month, and we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to lead the development of high-performing ad concepts for Meta
You will research, ideate, and create ad concepts that convert — using storytelling, emotional triggers, and proven direct-response principles.
Your goal is to turn insights into creative strategies that drive real sales and help scale the brand to the next level.
You’ll work directly with the founder and marketing team, with full creative freedom and support to test, learn, and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Research the target audience and understand their emotions, desires, and motivations.
- Develop creative ad angles, hooks, and scripts that connect emotionally and convert.
- Write clear creative briefs for video editors and UGC creators.
- Review ad performance results and identify ideas for new tests or iterations.
- Collaborate with the team during weekly creative planning and performance calls.
- Keep creative assets organized and maintain a structured testing system.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in creative strategy, ad scripting, or direct-response copywriting (beauty, skincare, or eCommerce is a plus).
- Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and emotional storytelling.
- Ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable ideas.
- Skilled in writing hooks, short scripts, and creative briefs.
- Highly organized, consistent, and willing to improve through feedback.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Day-to-Day Tasks
- Create 4–6 new ad concepts per week (scripts, briefs, or iterations).
- Research audience insights and new emotional angles.
- Communicate with the founder and editors on upcoming creatives.
- Review ad performance and update creative documentation.
- Attend weekly strategy meetings via Zoom.

- You bring fresh ideas and emotional storylines that resonate with the audience.
- You turn data and feedback into new creative concepts.
- You take ownership of the creative system and help improve it over time.
