JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! We’re 26 Characters, a content and marketing company based in Chicago, USA. We help smart B2B brands show up with content that’s sharper, clearer, and more human. We already work with several Philippines-based VAs long-term, and we’re looking to add a sharp, reliable Video Editor VA who can take longer videos and turn them into polished 30-second to 2-minute clips for LinkedIn.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Edit long videos into short, high-quality clips (30 seconds to 2 minutes)
- Create clean cuts, strong pacing, and smooth flow (no awkward pauses)
- Add captions/subtitles that are easy to read and properly timed
- Add basic on-screen text, titles, and light motion effects when needed
- Clean up audio (levels, noise reduction when possible)
- Export videos in the correct format for ---------- and Facebook
- Follow instructions, naming conventions, and deadlines consistently

TOOLS WE USE (YOU SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE WITH THESE)
- Riverside (sometimes for raw recordings)
- Google Drive (file sharing)
- Asana (task management)

You can use your preferred editing software too (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.) as long as the final output is clean and professional.
