JOB OVERVIEW

Summit Recommerce Group (SRG) is a dynamic and growing resale company dedicated to providing apparel, equipment, and accessories. We operate Kid to Kid and Uptown Cheapskate franchise locations, and our stores buy gently used clothing and accessories for resale in our stores.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Buyer to assist our New Product manager and store teams.

New Product Management:
-- Assist with buying budget of approximately $2mm annually by helping receive inventory, resolve product quality issues, and source product.
-- Help reduce team time spent in receiving new product.
-- Coordinate with new product manager to source inexpensive new products for our stores.
-- Look at reports and reorder fast-selling SKUs.

The right candidate would have expertise to collect data, develop tracking tools, and create and maintain spreadsheets and graphs to assist management in making data-driven decisions. You will be a power user in Excel/Google Sheets. Data will be collected from a variety of sources on a daily and monthly basis. You will use this data to assist management in creating and maintaining performance dashboards on new product for 27+ retail locations. This is a remote position, and the right candidate must excel in self-management.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience with Excel/Google Sheets.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently extract data from a variety of sources.
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

The compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience and expertise. The pay range for this position is from $600 - $800 USD per month. We are willing to consider full time or part time hours based on the right candidate.

This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will need to provide their own equipment and have a stable internet connection. As our company continues to grow, there may be opportunities for career advancement and increased responsibilities.
