Arispheris is looking for a highly skilled Website Developer to join our team for a 3-month full-time project term, with potential for extension. This is a remote position, but we require a designer who can work independently, take initiative, and bring fresh, original creativity to the table—no AI-generated websites will be accepted.

We are actively expanding our design team and are looking for a Website Developer who excels at crafting fast and SEO ready websites to support clients in reaching their target audiences to increase revenue and website traffic. Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Web development or related field, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in website design and coding.
Website and software application designing, building, or maintaining, without AI.
Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
Conferring with teams to resolve conflicts, prioritize needs, develop content criteria, or choose solutions.
Directing or performing Website updates.
Developing or validating test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
Editing, writing, or designing Website content, and directing tea
Maintaining an understanding of the latest Web applications and programming practices through education, study, and training.
Back up files from Web sites to local directories for recovery.
Create daily logs of tasks completed for company and client reference.
Identifying problems uncovered by customer feedback and testing, and correcting or referring problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
Evaluating code to ensure it meets industry standards, is valid, is properly structured, and is compatible with browsers, devices, or operating systems.
Determining user needs by analyzing technical requirements.
Must be highly proficient in both WordPress, their respective plugins, & Shopify—you will be tested during the interview.
Strong sense of design composition.
Ability to create websites quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of design quality.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects at once while meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana is a plus.
Absolutely no AI-generated designs, portfolios, and websites will be considered.
Software & Platform Requirements:
Expertise in WordPress, Shopify and Elementor
Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
Proficiency in HTML and Python coding
Experience with affiliate marketing strategies
Proficiency with Shopify e-commerce platforms
