WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Skills:
- Experience creating AI-generated e-commerce ads for Meta/Facebook
- Proficient with Veo 3.1, Nano Banana Pro, 11 Labs, CapCut
- Can handle high-volume production (30+ video variants per week)
- Understands what makes e-commerce ads perform, not just what looks creative

This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You've only edited YouTube content or local business videos
- You have no experience with AI video tools
- You're looking for part-time work
- You can't handle fast-paced, high-volume production

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Weekly Output:
- 10 short video batches (50-90 sec) = 30 variants total
OR
- 5 long video batches (up to 4 min) = 15 variants total
- Each batch = 3 variants testing different hooks/approaches

Daily Tasks:
- Create AI-generated video ads using Veo 3.1, Nano Banana Pro, 11 Labs, CapCut
- Execute edits based on creative briefs
- Add subtitles and brand styling
- Deliver batches on time
- Handle revisions efficiently

Base: $1,000/month guaranteed
Bonuses: Performance-based (speed, quality, volume)
