Hi! We’re 26 Characters, a content and marketing company based in Chicago, USA. We help smart B2B companies sound clearer, sharper, and more human through high-quality content. We already work with several Philippines-based VAs long-term, and we’re proud of the team we’ve built. WHAT THE ROLE IS
This is a writing + editing role (not a generic admin VA role).
You’ll take rough notes, transcripts, and messy drafts and turn them into polished content that’s ready to publish.

THE WORK YOU'LL DO
- Write and edit LinkedIn posts (B2B
- Turn transcripts into clear, well-structured content
- Improve drafts by tightening, organizing, and making them sound natural
- Create strong hooks and headlines (no boring intros)
- Proofread for grammar, readability, and tone
- Follow instructions and formatting guidelines consistently
- Deliver work on time without reminders

- AI tools like ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini are a plus
