JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing luxury beauty brand + digital education company. We help entrepreneurs build premium skincare and beauty brands from scratch — and we need 2–3 talented designers we can rely on long-term.

This is per-project work (not hourly). If we’re a fit, you’ll get steady projects coming in consistently.

What you’ll be designing (per project)
Most projects will include:
* Logo design (primary + clean variations if needed)
* Brand identity package (color palette, fonts, brand direction, vibe + references)
* Brand Guidelines PDF (simple, clean, professional, premium)
* Labels + packaging layouts (optional depending on project)
* Social media layout kits (IG post templates, story templates, highlight covers, etc.)
* Product mockups / renderings (high-end, realistic, clean presentation)

The vibe we need
We don’t want “basic Canva template energy.”
We want luxury, modern, clean, premium — the type of brand identity that makes people say:?“Oh… this looks expensive.”

You should have strong taste, strong layout skills, and a sharp eye for detail. The work must feel intentional, not rushed.

What we’re looking for
Only apply if you:
* Can design premium logos + brand identity systems
* Are detail-oriented and don’t miss the small things
* Can read a brand brief and translate it into a strong visual direction
* Can communicate clearly in English (written + understanding instructions)
* Can work independently and deliver on deadlines without being chased
* Are honest, reliable, and professional (we build long-term relationships)
Bonus points if you have experience in beauty/skincare, packaging, or label design.

How projects will work
* We send you a brand brief + inspiration + student notes (what they want, what they like, what they don’t like)
* You create the assets and present them cleanly
* We do revisions (reasonable + structured)
* You deliver final files organized and ready for real-world use
We’re building a team. Some of our employees have been with us 8+ years. We want designers who want stability and consistent work — and who take pride in the craft.

Pay (Per Project) (but hourly is optional)
This is per-project pay, based on skill level and speed.
When you apply, include your rate options such as:
* Price per logo
* Price per full branding package
* Price per label set / packaging layout
* Price per social media kit
* Price per product mockups / renderings

What to include in your application (REQUIRED)
Please send:
1. Portfolio link (branding + logos required — labels/mockups are a big plus)
2. Your per-project rates (clear pricing) (keep in mind we will be keeping you with work this is not a one off project so please price accordingly)
3. Your typical turnaround time per project
4. Tools you use (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.)
5. Write the word “LUXE” in your first sentence (so we know you read this)
