JOB OVERVIEW

We run a premium beauty + skincare education brand. We sell digital products, courses, and mentorship. Our funnels matter. Our design matters. And our KPIs matter.

We’re looking for someone who can build funnels inside GoHighLevel that look modern, feel premium, and convert.
This is not a “copy/paste templates” role. We want someone who can look at a page and immediately see what’s wrong — and fix it.

What You’ll Do
1) Build + Improve Funnels in GoHighLevel
* Build landing pages, opt-in pages, checkout pages, upsell pages, and thank-you pages
* Improve older funnels (design refresh + conversion upgrades)
* Make funnels mobile-first and fast-loading
* Ensure everything is clean, consistent, and on-brand

2) Design That Actually Converts
* Create scroll-stopping layouts with strong hierarchy (headline ? proof ? CTA)
* Improve spacing, typography, contrast, and structure
* Add visual elements that make offers feel premium (not “cheap internet marketing”)
* Design clean section graphics, icons, product mockups, and banners when needed

3) Funnel Quality Control (Non-Negotiable)
* Test every step: forms, calendars, automations, links, checkouts, tracking
* Make sure tags, fields, and pipeline stages work correctly
* Catch errors before they cost us sales

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves)
You are a fit if you:
* Have real GoHighLevel funnel building experience (not just “basic familiarity”)
* Have strong graphic design taste (spacing, typography, modern layout)
* Understand conversion principles (clarity, CTA placement, offer framing, friction removal)
* Work fast without rushing or breaking things
* Communicate clearly and give proactive updates
* Are extremely honest and consistent with time tracking

Tools You Should Know
* GoHighLevel (funnels, forms, calendars, workflows)
* Canva or Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator preferred but not required)
* Google Drive (organized files)
* Loom (quick updates)

Bonus (not required, but a plus):
* Basic HTML/CSS
* Meta Pixel / Google Analytics setup familiarity
* A/B test mindset

Working Style
* You’ll get tasks, references, and assets — but you’re expected to think
* If something looks weak, you’ll suggest improvements
* If something breaks, you’ll fix it
* If you notice a better way, you’ll bring it up

Pay + Schedule
* Starting rate: $6–$12/hr depending on skill and portfolio
* Hours: Part-time to start (10–25 hrs/week) with the option to grow
* Bonuses: available for high-performing funnel improvements and fast turnaround work
* Time Tracking: required (Clockify or similar)
