We are a growing E-commerce brand looking for a high-level Creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You aren’t just here to make things "look pretty"—you are here to create visual assets that convert.
You will work closely with our Creative Strategist on a daily basis to brainstorm, iterate, and execute high-performance ads. You must have a deep understanding of the marketing funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF) and know how to adapt your designs based on where the customer is in their journey.
We value diversity in creative output. If you tend to repeat the same layout over and over, this isn't the role for you. We need someone who can perform competitive research, spot trends, and test radically different concepts to keep our ad account fresh.
Key Responsibilities
Ad Creation: Design high-converting static ads, GIFs, and motion graphics.
Funnel Strategy: Tailor creatives for Top of Funnel, Middle of Funnel, and Bottom of Funnel.
Collaboration: Daily syncs with the Creative Strategist.
Creative Research: Conduct regular competitive analysis and bring new "angles" to the table.
Tools: Must be comfortable using Higgsfield, Canva, and Claude AI to speed up and enhance your workflow.
