**X (Twitter) Ghostwriter for Public Figure**

Full-time
Remote (Pakistan preferred)

We are hiring an elite X ghostwriter to build, manage, and scale a personal brand on X for a public-facing founder in the paid media and growth space.

This is not a scheduling role.
This is not “write tweets from prompts.”
This is a thinking role.

You will be responsible for turning expertise, opinions, data, and experience into high-impact X content that grows audience, authority, and inbound opportunity.

If you do not deeply understand what performs on X in 2024 and why, this role is not for you.

### What You’ll Own

* End-to-end ownership of the X account
* Daily posting cadence with high signal content
* Research, ideation, writing, and iteration of tweets and threads
* Turning long-form ideas, voice notes, and rough thoughts into sharp posts
* Studying high-performing accounts in marketing, founders, and operators
* Identifying trends, formats, and hooks that actually drive growth
* Writing in the founder’s voice, not your own
* Tracking performance and doubling down on what works

### What “Good” Looks Like

* Clear positioning as an authority, not a motivational account
* Strong hooks, clear opinions, and practical insights
* Threads that educate, challenge, or reframe thinking
* Consistent growth in followers, impressions, and profile visits
* Content that attracts the right audience: founders, operators, marketers

### Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

* Proven experience growing X accounts from scratch or scaling existing ones
* Deep understanding of X algorithms, formats, and distribution
* Strong copywriting skills with clarity and edge
* Ability to research and synthesize complex topics quickly
* Comfortable working with minimal hand-holding
* Excellent written English
* Obsessed with quality and performance, not volume

Bonus points if you have:

* Experience ghostwriting for founders or public figures
* Background in marketing, paid media, startups, or SaaS
* Examples of accounts you have grown or content you’ve written
