We're seeking a skilled professional who can seamlessly transition from setting appointments to closing deals. This role requires someone who excels at building rapport, qualifying leads, handling objections with confidence, and converting appointments into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with prospective clients
2. Qualify leads and schedule appointments with decision-makers
3. Present TaskHub Recruitment Solutions persuasively and professionally
4. Handle objections confidently and turn concerns into opportunities
5. Close deals and convert qualified appointments into confirmed sales
6. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM system (GHL) (Training will be provided).
7. Follow up with prospects to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
1. Proven experience in appointment setting and sales closing
2. Demonstrated ability to handle objections and overcome resistance
3. Strong communication and active listening skills
4. Persuasive and confident phone presence
5. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
6. Experience with CRM software (GHL)
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills
