Graphic Designer for Print on Demand (Canva / Kittl + Product Research)
Position: Graphic Designer & Administrative Tasks
Hours: 6–8 hours per day
Pay:
$5/hour for the first 4 weeks
$6/hour starting Month 2 if desired output is met
Performance-based bonuses available

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled graphic designer to support a growing Print on Demand business. This role is focused on creating designs that sell, not just designing for fun.
You will be responsible for researching popular design topics, creating original designs using Canva and/or Kittl, and uploading finished products into Printify. This is not a short-term gig — I am looking for someone who wants to grow long-term with one company.
Responsibilities
-Research trending and high-demand design topics
-Create original, on-trend designs for Print on Demand products
-Use Canva (required) and/or Kittl to create designs
-Upload finished products accurately into Printify
-Organize design files and product listings efficiently
-Meet daily and weekly design output expectations
-Implement feedback and continuously improve design quality
Required Skills & Experience
? Advanced Canva experience (required)
? Strong graphic design skills (typography, layout, composition)
? Ability to research Etsy and identify trending topics
? Self-starter who can work independently
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Able to learn quickly and apply feedback
? Reliable, consistent, and professional
? Impeccable references
Preferred (Not Required)
? Familiarity with Printify
? Experience with Kittl
? Understanding of Print on Demand best practices
Compensation, Bonuses & Growth
-Starting rate of $5/hour for the first 4 weeks
-Increase to $6/hour starting Month 2 if output and quality expectations are met
-Performance bonuses available for exceeding design and productivity goals
