JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an exceptional ghostwriter to transform a powerful personal narrative into a market-shifting, interactive workbook. This is not just a book—it’s a credibility engine, a recruitment tool, and a self-discovery model for real estate professionals and investors. The core story follows the author's journey from building a $13M portfolio to losing it all through betrayal, and ultimately rebuilding a new empire with a transformative ecosystem.

If you can write with the direct, cinematic, and relentlessly useful voice of a battle-tested mentor—think *The 4-Hour Workweek* meets a real estate field manual—this project is for you.

The Core Assignment:
You will remaster 4 existing chapters and write 10 new chapters to create one cohesive, compelling manuscript. The final book must:

Blend raw storytelling with actionable frameworks.

Function as an interactive workbook with exercises, audits, and challenges in every chapter.

Seamlessly integrate the author’s ecosystem (Turn Key Realty Portfolio & Alkebulan REIT) as the logical next step for readers.

Maintain a consistent voice: conversational, direct, vulnerable, and authoritative.

You Are the Ideal Candidate If You:
Have ghostwritten or authored books in the business/self-development space, particularly interactive or workbook-style titles.

Can adopt and sustain a strong, personal voice that blends storytelling with tactical instruction.

Understand (or can quickly learn) real estate development, investing, and entrepreneurship themes.

Are comfortable weaving in unconventional themes (e.g., astrology, legacy, spiritual alignment) alongside hard business strategy.

Can work within a structured content framework while bringing creativity and depth to each chapter.

Meet deadlines and communicate proactively.

Scope of Work:
Edit & polish 4 existing chapters (provided), ensuring they align with the final voice and workbook format.

Write 10 new chapters from outlines/titles, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated with the core story and themes.

Incorporate key concepts from source material: sovereignty, resilience, trust, legacy, and ecosystem collaboration.

Embed interactive workbook sections at the end of each chapter—including pointed questions, concrete experiments, and strategic calls-to-action.

Incorporate excerpts and themes from the core chapters throughout the book to reinforce narrative continuity.

Key Themes to Master:
From collapse to resilience

Sovereignty vs. dependency

Building trust as competitive advantage

Legacy over liquidity

Community-centered real estate development

Aligning business with purpose

Deliverables & Timeline:
Full manuscript (14 chapters + introduction)

Interactive workbook elements in every chapter

Timeline: 3–4 weeks for first draft, with milestone-based deliveries (e.g., 4 chapters/week for review)

Format: Google Doc or Word, clearly structured with headings, exercises, and CTAs

Budget:
$400–$500, paid in milestones tied to chapter deliverables.

To Apply:
Please submit the following:

Your resume or LinkedIn profile highlighting relevant ghostwriting or authorship experience.

2–3 writing samples that demonstrate your ability to write in a conversational, action-oriented voice (preferably business, real estate, or self-development).

A brief note explaining why you’re drawn to this project and how you’d approach blending story with workbook-style interactivity.

Your availability to start and estimated timeline.

Application Deadline:
Saturday February 7 2025

We’re not just writing a book—we’re building a movement. If you’re ready to help translate a story of loss, learning, and legacy into a tool that changes careers, we want to hear from you.
