Coordinate staff onboarding and offboarding processes
Track licenses, certifications, training, and compliance requirements
Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination
Respond to employee HR-related inquiries professionally and confidentially
Assist with performance tracking, disciplinary documentation, and HR reports
Ensure HR practices align with company policies and U.S. healthcare standards
Communicate regularly with management and staffing coordinators
