Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain leads, accounts, and activities in Salesforce CRM
Conduct outbound calls, managing lead generators, directories to increase leads, sen
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Ensure accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and reporting in Salesforce
Support weekend sales coverage and timely response to inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach strategies and customer experience
Other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (social work, psychology, nursing, or related field preferred).
At least one year of experience or training in healthcare/social services.
Sales experience preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
Proven commitment to high-quality customer service.
