Customer Support Specialist – Meta (Facebook) Structures (Commission-Based)
Are you familiar with the Meta (Facebook) platform and looking for an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, digital-focused company? We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who understands the Meta ecosystem and is passionate about helping clients navigate our systems with clarity and confidence.
This is a commission-based position with bonus opportunities and clear paths for advancement.

What You'll Be Doing
Client Support: Help manage a ---------- server with 100–150 monthly clients. Answer questions thoroughly and clearly to guide clients through our Meta-related systems and processes.


Platform Knowledge: Use your understanding of the Meta (Facebook) Business Suite, Ad Manager, and connected tools to support users in setup, troubleshooting, and best practices.


Process Improvement: Identify frequently recurring issues. If there are no help videos or documentation available, you’ll signal this to the team so we can improve client onboarding and support.


CRM & Admin Tools: Work with spreadsheets and a simple Notion-based CRM to track client interactions and status updates.


Client Education: Provide template-based responses and educational resources to clients, helping them get started and succeed.



What We Expect from You
Experience with Meta (Facebook) systems – Business Manager, Ad Accounts, Page Roles, Pixel setup, etc.


Strong communication skills – You can explain technical concepts in a clear, friendly, and structured way.


Basic admin skills – You're comfortable working with spreadsheets and Notion (no coding or complex setup needed).


Proactive mindset – You spot common questions or obstacles and help us improve resources for the whole community.


Team spirit & independence – You’ll work closely with the team but also manage your responsibilities independently.
