Job Overview
We’re a fast-growing Amazon agency that helps brands stand out with bold visuals, smart packaging, and scroll-stopping content. We're looking for a creative, forward-thinking designer who’s excited about the intersection of design and AI—and wants to grow with a team that values innovation and independence.

This role is perfect for someone with a background in product label and packaging design and experience creating high-converting content for Amazon or other eCommerce platforms. You should be highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and confident using both traditional and AI-enhanced design tools.

Responsibilities
- Product label packaging design
- Create short-form video and motion graphics for Amazon, Reels, TikTok, etc.
- Design Amazon listing images, A+ content, and storefront graphics
- Work on product packaging from concept to production
- Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, Photoshop AI) to speed up creative workflows
- Follow creative briefs and deliver assets on time
- Communicate clearly and work independently
- Adapt to fast feedback and changing project needs

Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Amazon/eCommerce work, product or packaging design, and video/motion graphics
- 2 years of Ecommerce domain experience
- Strong portfolio with design and motion/video work Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
- Experience using AI design tools Work on product packaging design from concept through production, with an eye for brand consistency
- Great eye for layout, typography, and storytelling
- Experience with Amazon or eCommerce visuals
- Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow
- Communicate clearly, take feedback well, and thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment
