JOB OVERVIEW

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm EST
Pay: $7-$11 an hour + commission
Tools: Phone/VoIP, Slack, CRM, Google Workspace
We are hiring an outbound sales representative with fluent spoken English to contact business owners, qualify leads, and book meetings. High commission upside in addition to the base.

About the Role
This is a performance-driven sales role.
You will be speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers. Strong English, confidence on the phone, and the ability to handle objections are required.
This is not a passive or admin role.

Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads
Send follow-up emails and messages
Handle basic objections professionally
Qualify prospects and book meetings
Update notes and activity in the CRM
Follow sales scripts and improve them over time
Hit daily and weekly outreach targets

KPIs (How Success Is Measured)
Calls made per day
Conversations with decision-makers
Meetings booked
Quality of call notes and follow-ups
