We are hiring a senior-level Google Ads specialist.
This role is for someone who truly specializes in Google Ads. Google Ads is your core skill and you understand it deeply.
You will be responsible for strategy, setup, optimization, tracking, and performance. We are starting with one account, with the opportunity to manage multiple accounts as results prove out.
This is not an entry-level position and not a role for someone who needs heavy direction.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Building and managing Google Ads campaigns
- Structuring accounts properly from day one
- Keyword research, match types, negative keyword strategy, and search intent mapping
- Conversion tracking setup using Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Understanding attribution, assisted conversions, and funnel behavior
- Writing high-converting ad copy aligned with search intent
- Ongoing optimization for CPA, ROAS, and efficiency
- Diagnosing underperformance and scaling winning campaigns
- Clear reporting and communication in English
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong specialization in Google Ads
- Deep understanding of Google conversion tracking, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Experience with e-commerce and lead generation campaigns
- Comfortable analyzing data and making performance-based decisions
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Excellent spoken English
Available to work between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time
Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows, analysis, or ad performance
