Copywriting + Strategy Lead
We are hiring a senior-level Instagram and TikTok organic marketing strategist.
This is not entry level. We are looking for someone who understands how organic content actually drives growth, attention, and sales on IG and TikTok.
You will own the strategy, messaging, and performance of the account. Our team will handle filming and editing. You are responsible for direction, copy, creative angles, and results. (Our own AI will help with some of the strategy).
If you are not confident leading an account end-to-end, this is not a fit.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Creating the full organic content strategy for Instagram and TikTok
Developing hooks, angles, scripts, and captions that convert attention into action
Writing strong short-form copy tailored to IG and TikTok behavior
Planning content calendars based on growth goals and testing frameworks
Analyzing performance metrics and iterating strategy weekly
Guiding creators on what to shoot and why
Staying current with platform trends while avoiding gimmicks
Owning the success or failure of the account
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience growing Instagram and or TikTok accounts organically
- Strong copywriting skills for short-form video and captions
- Strategic thinker who understands content funnels, not just viral posts
- Self-sufficient. You do not need hand-holding or daily direction
- Excellent spoken English with clear communication
Available to work between 9am and 5pm Eastern Time
Comfortable using AI tools to ideate, test, and improve content strategy
