Position Overview

We’re looking for a talented AI Solutions Developer to help us implement and launch custom AI-driven tools that enhance our operations and digital presence. You’ll work remotely, but aligned with Eastern Time schedules, on initiatives ranging from AI-powered social media content creation to automating internal software programs that improve efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy custom AI models and tools aligned with business needs

Create AI-driven social media automation to boost engagement and brand visibility

Develop intelligent programs to automate internal tasks (e.g., scheduling, communication, data insights)

Integrate AI systems into existing workflows or platforms used by the company

Monitor and optimize AI systems for accuracy, performance, and scalability

Collaborate remotely with tea ---------- mbers on Eastern Time schedules and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in AI/ML development and implementation

Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)

Experience with social media automation or AI content generation tools

Ability to design and deploy software solutions from start to finish

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Knowledge of construction industry processes or CRM/ERP tools used in field operations

Familiarity with analytics to measure social performance and ROI
