JOB OVERVIEW

We are actively looking for a skilled ad creative specialist with proven experience in the beauty and health space, capable of developing winning, conversion-focused ads across multiple product funnels and markets.

Our team is currently operating at full capacity, so we’re not just looking for an extra pair of hands. We need someone who can take ownership of the creative process, actively reduce our workload, and consistently bring in fresh, high-impact ideas tailored to beauty and health audiences.

You understand what works in this niche — from skin, body, wellness, and pain-point driven products to compliance-aware messaging and trust-based storytelling. You know how to:

Create high-performing ads from scratch (visuals, angles, hooks, and variations)

Align creatives with customer psychology, emotional triggers, and objections specific to beauty & health

Think beyond aesthetics and focus on funnels, positioning, and conversion

Test, iterate, and scale concepts based on performance data

You’re proactive, take initiative, and communicate clearly. You don’t wait for instructions — you spot opportunities, suggest new angles, and think strategically about what will convert next.
