You will work closely with our editors, UGC creators, ads managers, and website team to continuously improve ad performance and scale winning concepts.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Developing ad concepts and creative strategies for Meta, Google, and other paid channels
- Writing hooks, angles, and script outlines for video and static ads
- Translating performance data into new creative ideas and iterations
- D
- Creating clear briefs for video editors and UGC creators
- Reviewing ad performance and identifying winning patterns
- Working closely with the ads managers to align creatives with campaign goals
- Collaborating with the website team to align ads with landing pages and funnels
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience as a creative strategist, performance marketer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of paid ads (Meta Ads experience required)
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
- Ability to think in hooks, angles, offers, and conversion psychology
- Data-driven mindset (you understand ROAS, CPA, AOV, testing logic)
- Clear communication skills in English
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
